Leveraging more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Frisina is a distinguished biotechnology and aesthetics industry entrepreneur and thought leader. As Kimera Society’s CFO, Mr. Frisina  draws on his extensive experience involving financial operations, business strategy and business development, as well as marketing and sales management.

Being part of Kimera Society is deeply rewarding to Mr. Frisina both professionally and personally. In terms of the former, he values helping to spearhead the efforts of a company at the leading-edge of regenerative medicine and which has access to the most advanced technology in the market. On a personal front, Mr. Frisina, who as the result of a surgery had long suffered with neuropathy of the feet, has been able to experience first-hand the therapeutic benefits of regenerative medicine.

Mr. Frisina’s professional experience includes having served as president of Fisher Scientific International and vice-president of Ares Serono. He is responsible for more than 150 successful FDA IND applications. Additionally, Mr. Frisina is also responsible for having discovered Restylane in Brazil, building the market for the aesthetic filler, and selling the rights to Medicis Pharmaceutical.

With a master’s degree in business from Harvard, Mr. Frisina is committed to mentoring budding business entrepreneurs, generously sharing with them his expertise and insights. Through the Dominican Joe Foundation, he also actively supports education for underserved children.

Mr. Frisina is married and has two children.
